The Best Marketing Agencies for Series A B2B SaaS Companies

SaaS Hackers is run by Team 4, a B2B SaaS marketing agency ranked on this list.

If you've just raised a Series A and need an agency to scale inbound or paid, the best Series A SaaS marketing agencies in the SaaS Hackers directory are Team 4, SimpleTiger, Gripped and Rock The Rankings, with eight more reviewed below. Some lead on SEO, content and AI search, some on paid media, and a few run both.

Team 4 runs SaaS Hackers and is listed first. Several of the others say on their own websites that they work with Series A companies: Gripped works primarily with Series A and B companies, Rock The Rankings has a programme for Series A to B, and Hey Digital's strategists have scaled paid programmes from Series A through Series C. Each review says what the agency does at this stage, its evidence and who it suits.

Related lists: agencies for seed-stage startups, Series B marketing agencies and demand generation agencies.

TLDR: The best agencies at a glance

Team 4 is best for Series A SaaS that wants SEO, AI search and paid built to compound, SimpleTiger for search and PPC from a SaaS-only team, and Gripped for HubSpot-led inbound with pipeline reporting.

  2. #24.8 / 5

  3. #34.75 / 5

Best for: Series A and B SaaS on HubSpot scaling pipeline

How to choose - quick tips:

After a Series A the board wants a pipeline it can forecast, so test whether an agency can build one. Six questions to ask:

Which Series A SaaS companies have you worked with, and what happened to their pipeline over the following year?

How will you report on pipeline and CAC payback as well as leads and traffic?

How would you split our budget between inbound and paid, and what would make you change that split?

Who will work on our account each week, and how senior are they?

How will you work with our first marketing hires, and what will you hand over to them as the team grows?

What do you need from us each month to hit the targets we agree?

Making the right choice:

What to hire an agency for after a Series A depends on what already works.

If you have no marketing hire yet, or one who is stretched: look for an agency that runs a full programme with its own strategist, sets targets before kickoff and reports against them every month.

If paid is already working: look for a paid specialist that can raise spend across search, LinkedIn and other networks without losing control of cost per opportunity, and that tests creative and landing pages as it goes.

If you want inbound to carry more of the target: start SEO, content and AI search now, aimed at buyers close to a decision, so organic pipeline is growing by the time you raise a Series B.

How we handpicked this list

This list includes agencies in the SaaS Hackers directory whose services, clients or website show work with B2B SaaS companies at Series A or with venture-backed software companies. Where an agency's own website names the stage, the review quotes it, and where it only says venture-backed, the review says that and no more. Agencies are ordered by their overall SaaS Hackers score from our standard review. Team 4 runs SaaS Hackers and is listed first.

View profile: Team 4How we score

Team 4 is a London B2B SaaS marketing agency that runs SEO, GEO (visibility in AI search), content, PPC and paid media, and Webflow sites as one programme under its Inbound Engine® method. For a Series A company, the aim is a pipeline that keeps growing from organic search and AI answers, so the target doesn't rest on ad spend alone.

Team 4 says it has worked with SaaS companies at every funding stage, from seed to Series C and later. Its website describes its range as “from seed to £20m+ ARR”. Our profile describes a consultancy-first start that maps the whole acquisition setup before any work is built, beginning at the bottom of the funnel. Its services cover demand generation, performance marketing, AI search visibility and Webflow development, and it was a European Search Awards finalist in 2025 and 2026.

Team 4 suits Series A SaaS companies in specialist verticals, with a clear ICP, that want inbound to carry more of the pipeline target so paid stops being the only lever. Our profile says it suits less well companies without a clear ICP and anyone after high-volume content with no strategy behind it.

Key Strengths

  • Says it works seed to Series C and later
  • SEO, GEO, paid and Webflow as one programme
  • Maps acquisition before any build

SimpleTiger is a SaaS-only agency in Sarasota that runs search visibility (SEO and AEO), paid search and social, content, link building, digital PR and Webflow design. Its services also include pipeline intelligence and RevOps, CRM and marketing automation, which matters once a Series A board starts asking where pipeline comes from.

Its website says: “We've helped SaaS startups go from seed funding to IPO with our SEO & PPC services.” It does not single out Series A, so the stage sits inside that range. Clients named on its site include Gainsight, Jotform, Invoca, Segment and Contractworks. Our profile cites a case study where it lifted a client's organic traffic 127% on integration pages in two months, and notes a public pricing page.

SimpleTiger suits Series A SaaS companies that want organic and paid search from one specialist that has worked only with B2B SaaS for more than 15 years, with a site built on Webflow. Companies that want ABM, brand work or a fractional marketing lead will need another partner for those.

Key Strengths

  • Works from seed funding to IPO
  • SaaS-only for more than 15 years
  • RevOps and pipeline intelligence

View profile: GrippedHow we score

Gripped is a London agency, founded in 2017, that helps B2B SaaS, AI and tech companies capture and convert demand. It runs demand generation, ABM, paid media, SEO, GEO and website design, and as a HubSpot Diamond Partner it puts weight on revenue attribution and pipeline health.

Its FAQ is direct about the stage: “We work primarily with Series A and B companies who need to scale their pipeline.” Clients named on its website include Ideagen, Epicor, Ravelin and Crownpeak. Our profile cites case studies reporting £2.1m in pipeline from demand generation, and a pricing page with packages, so a buyer can see costs before a call. The directory lists scale-ups as its focus.

Gripped suits Series A and B SaaS companies on HubSpot that want inbound, paid and attribution run as one programme with clear reporting. A company that isn't on HubSpot, or that only wants one channel such as SEO, should check how much of the offer it would use.

Key Strengths

  • Works mainly with Series A and B
  • HubSpot Diamond Partner
  • Pricing page with packages

Rock The Rankings is a Chicago agency, founded in 2018, that runs SEO and AI search (GEO) for B2B SaaS from one team. Alongside SaaS, technical and programmatic SEO and content production, its site lists ROI forecasting, attribution tracking and pipeline contribution measurement.

Its stage page describes the Series A to B situation plainly: “You have content but no system behind it, a first marketing hire underwater, and a board asking about CAC payback.” Its answer is a “Full program, forecast set before kickoff and graded against it monthly.” The site lists AI SaaS, Fintech SaaS, Cybersecurity SaaS and DevTools SaaS among more than twenty software sectors, and our profile notes case studies with SaaS MRR and traffic growth figures.

Rock The Rankings suits Series A SaaS companies that want organic search and AI answers to become a pipeline channel the board can forecast and track. It suits less a company that needs paid media or ABM run as well, since its services stay within search and content.

Key Strengths

  • Series A to B programme on its site
  • Forecast set before kickoff
  • SEO and GEO from one team

TripleDart is a B2B SaaS agency, founded in 2021, that builds pipeline through paid media, SEO and AI search, content, ABM and RevOps, with GTM engineering on top. It often works as an extension of an in-house team, pairing quick wins with a longer roadmap.

Its startups page says it is a fit for companies that have “Secured a Seed or Series A with at least $500K in funding”. Our profile notes goals set on 30, 60 and 90 day timelines, dashboards for reporting, and multiple quantified SaaS case studies. Its site shows Google Premier Partner, LinkedIn Certified Marketing Partner and HubSpot Platinum partner badges, and lists AI Native, Fintech, HR Tech and Vertical SaaS among the industries it serves.

TripleDart suits Series A SaaS companies that want paid, organic and ABM run by one SaaS-only team, with RevOps support as the sales team grows. A company that only needs a single channel, or a brand and website project, may find the full programme more than it needs.

Key Strengths

  • Startup offer names Series A
  • Paid, SEO, ABM, RevOps and GTM
  • HubSpot Platinum partner

Our profile describes a testing and measurement framework, tracking set up properly and frequent updates. The directory lists start-ups as its focus.

Hey Digital suits Series A SaaS companies where paid is the main growth lever and needs a senior strategist to scale it. Companies that need SEO, content or a full inbound programme will need another partner, since its services are paid media, creative and landing pages.

Skale is a London SEO agency for B2B SaaS and tech brands, covering SEO strategy, content production, technical SEO, link building, AI search optimisation and site migrations. It often embeds with in-house marketers and reports the work against trials, MRR and CAC payback.

Its case study page describes Slite as “a Series A collaboration software platform that has raised more than $15.4m”, and Attest as a Series B consumer research platform. Case study titles on its site include “Helping Happy Scribe grow from 2,700 to 70,000 monthly signups” and “Maze boost monthly organic signups by 283% in six months”. Its clients also include Piktochart, Perkbox and Moonpay, and the directory lists scale-ups as its focus.

Skale suits Series A SaaS companies with a self-serve or trial motion that want organic sign-ups to grow alongside paid. Companies that need paid media, ABM or brand work from the same agency will need a second partner.

Key Strengths

  • Series A case study (Slite)
  • SEO, content, links and migrations
  • Reports on trials, MRR and payback

Foundation Labs is the research and content arm of Foundation, a Halifax agency founded in 2014 that describes itself as an AI visibility and GEO marketing agency. It pairs market research with editorial strategy, SEO and distribution across blogs, YouTube, Reddit, social and podcasts, under a “create once, distribute forever” approach.

Its stage evidence is limited. The one mention in our records is a case study that opens: “A VC-backed healthcare startup engaged Foundation to develop a content marketing strategy”. Its website doesn't name Series A, and the directory has no stage tag for it. Case study titles include “How We Helped Bitly Become a Top-Cited Brand in AI Search” and “How Foundation Helped a SaaS Company Increase Sign Ups by 128%”.

Foundation Labs suits a venture-backed SaaS company that wants research-led content and AI search citations to build authority in its category. A Series A company that needs paid media or pipeline reporting first, or wants proof of past work at its stage, should ask for named examples.

Key Strengths

  • Research-led content and distribution
  • AI search citation work
  • Reddit, YouTube and social content

NoGood is a New York growth marketing agency that works across paid search and social, SEO and AEO, content, lifecycle marketing, creative and performance branding. Our profile describes a test-and-learn approach: fast creative sprints, then putting more money behind what works while keeping CAC efficient.

Its website says it works with “the world's most iconic brands and fast-growing VC-backed startups”. It does not name a funding round, so the evidence is that VC-backed line. Clients on its site range from Nike, Amazon and P&G to MongoDB, Intuit and Inflection AI, and it lists SaaS, B2B, fintech, healthcare and AI among its industries. Its badges include the Shorty Awards and the Webby Awards.

NoGood suits a venture-backed SaaS company after a Series A that wants fast paid and creative testing, with consumer-style growth skills on hand. A B2B company with a long, sales-led cycle should ask for B2B SaaS examples, since its industries also include consumer and ecommerce brands.

Key Strengths

  • Works with VC-backed startups
  • Paid, creative, SEO and lifecycle
  • Test-and-learn creative sprints

Omni Lab is an Austin demand generation agency that runs paid media, ad creative, and tracking and analytics for B2B SaaS. Our profile describes campaigns built on scenario planning and constant optimisation to manage CAC and grow ARR, with paid strategy lined up with sales outcomes.

Its FAQ says it works with Series A to D or PE-backed B2B SaaS brands spending $10K to $1M a month on paid media, with product-market fit and at least one in-house marketer to help with internal alignment. Case studies on its site show ShareGate growing SQLs 44% year over year, Billd cutting cost per SQL by more than 75%, and Thoropass doubling paid SQLs in one quarter.

Omni Lab suits Series A SaaS companies with product-market fit, an in-house marketer and a paid budget ready to grow, and a sales team that wants SQLs rather than raw leads. Companies looking for SEO, content or a full inbound programme will find its services stay with paid media.

Key Strengths

  • FAQ names Series A to D clients
  • Paid media, creative and tracking
  • SQL and SAL case study results

It writes content aimed at the problems buyers search for when they are close to buying, and also offers SEO, AI search, link building, AI citation outreach, conversion optimisation and paid search.

Its FAQ says its clients are “Venture backed B2B businesses looking to lower CAC and grow inbound lead generation”, and it publishes a case study on a content strategy for a venture-backed platform. Neither names a funding round. Clients on its site include Wrike, Last Pass, Service Titan, Brandfolder, Weglot and Leadfeeder, and our profile notes case study figures such as +1,745 free trials.

Grow & Convert suits venture-backed SaaS companies after a Series A that want content to bring in demos and trials and to lower CAC over time. Companies that need paid social, ABM or a full-service team will need another partner.

Key Strengths

  • Works with venture-backed B2B firms
  • Content aimed at buyers close to buying
  • SEO, AI search and paid search

Growth Gorilla is a London agency focused on fintech and financial services brands. It runs paid search and social on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Bing, along with influencer partnerships, performance creative and podcast advertising, and improves conversion with CRO, landing page design and funnel audits.

Its Series A evidence is weak. A blog post on alternatives to a full-time growth team says an outside team fits when “You're post-Seed or Series A and need traction fast”, and its Ledn case study says “Ledn had received their Series B and wanted to begin scaling their user acquisition.” Other case studies include Mintos lowering its CPC by 65% and Hydr tripling its monthly qualified leads.

Growth Gorilla suits Series A fintech companies, especially consumer apps, that need paid and creator-led user growth once the round has closed. A B2B SaaS company outside finance, or one that wants SEO and content, has little in its record to go on.

Key Strengths

  • Fintech-first paid and influencer work
  • Series B case study (Ledn)
  • CRO, landing pages and funnel audits

FAQs

Some common questions, answered.

We just raised our Series A. Should we hire an agency or build a team?

Most Series A companies do both. Hire a marketing lead to own the plan, and use an agency for the specialist work a small team can't cover yet, such as SEO, paid media or tracking. An agency can get channels running within weeks while you recruit. As the team grows, bring channels in house one at a time and keep the agency where it still does the job better.

Which agencies can help a Series A SaaS company scale inbound or paid?

In the SaaS Hackers directory, Team 4, SimpleTiger, Gripped and Rock The Rankings lead on inbound, with SEO, content and AI search, and all but Rock The Rankings run paid as well. Hey Digital and Omni Lab are paid specialists, and TripleDart runs paid and organic together. Team 4 runs SaaS Hackers and is listed first. Each review shows the agency's evidence of Series A work.

How much of a Series A should go on marketing?

There's no set share, and the right figure comes from your plan. What decides it is the pipeline target the board agreed, your sales cycle and deal size, how much your current channels return, how many people you plan to hire, and whether paid is proven enough to take more budget. Work back from the pipeline you need to the spend that produces it, and keep some budget for tests.

What should a marketing agency deliver in the first six months after a Series A?

By the end of six months you should have tracking you trust, a clear split of budget across channels, and a pipeline forecast the agency reports against every month. Paid should be bringing in qualified opportunities, and SEO and content should be ranking for buyer searches, even if organic pipeline is still small. Ask for the targets in writing before the work starts.

Is inbound or paid better for a Series A B2B SaaS company?

Most Series A companies need both. Paid search and LinkedIn can bring pipeline within weeks and show which messages work, while SEO, content and AI search take months but lower the cost of each opportunity over time. Start paid to hit near-term targets, start inbound at the same time so it is compounding by your Series B, and move budget as each shows its cost per opportunity.

What should I ask a SaaS marketing agency before signing after a Series A?

Ask which Series A SaaS companies it has worked with and what happened to their pipeline, how it reports on pipeline and CAC payback, who will do the work, how it would split your budget between inbound and paid, and how it hands work over as your team grows. An agency that sets targets before kickoff and reports against them is easier to hold to account.
